Welcome to SSJP ​Faith Formation!


​Seeing with the Eyes of Faith is our Intergenerational Faith Formation focus for this year. How do we see God at work in our world when life feels uncertain or routine? This year, our entire parish family—from children and teens to parents and seniors—is invited on an inspiring journey to discover how God reveals Himself through extraordinary signs, holy lives, and the Sacraments. Together, we will explore how God breaks into human history to heal, guide, and draw us closer to His Heart.

Why Intergenerational Faith Formation? 
Faith is meant to be shared across generations. By gathering as a whole community, households learn side-by-side, wisdom is passed down, and every member of our parish finds a place to belong and grow together. Parish Intergenerational Faith Formation welcomes every person and stage of life, no matter where you are in your faith journey. Whether you are single, married, a family with children to empty nesters, retirees, or anywhere in between, we welcome you.  

​We meet once a month, on either a Wednesday or Sunday evening (the household  chooses one or the other time frame). A meal is provided, as is childcare for the littlest ones when they have finished eating. The evening includes activities and prayer shared by all ages, as well as times when we break into groups by age level to explore the topic at hand. 

The household continues to explore the month's topic at home, aided and supported by this website and other resources from the parish. 

In addition, we offer youth ministry for grades 3 and up, sacramental formation, and many opportunities for adult growth in faith as well. You can learn more about these offerings on our parish website.
