Prayer Tools
This month, our featured speaker for Adult Faith Formation L!VE is Becky Eldredge, an Ignatian-trained spiritual director, retreat leader, and writer. Becky offers many tools for improving our prayer lives, but two we wish to highlight are the Examen and creating a spiritual plan. Please click on the buttons below to learn more!
